Do I need to create an account to use ServiceX?

No. Most tools work without sign-up. You only need an account to save drafts or buy a Day Pass / Pro plan.

Can I use ServiceX for customer documents at my print shop?

Yes. The Day Pass is built exactly for walk-in counters — unlimited tools for 24 hours, no watermark, and a counter-receipt print mode.

Are government forms official?

We use the official PDF templates published by UIDAI, NSDL, MEA and state portals. We pre-fill and format; the citizen still signs and submits per the issuing authority's process.

What happens to the files I upload?

In-browser tools never upload anything. For tools that need a server (OCR, advanced compression), files are encrypted and deleted within 60 minutes. See our privacy section.

Does it work on a basic Android phone?

Yes. ServiceX is built mobile-first and works on any browser, even on slow 2G/3G connections common in semi-urban India.
